Feature
1. A three-in-one mechanism that includes the solvent rinse tank, clean water rinse tank and draining rack, performs auto cleaning and draining in coordination with the height of the conveyor belt’s track.
2. The rinse tank utilizes the water suction pump for circulating and conveying, and removes wax tree residues by means of the circulating water flow fluctuation in a counter direction to that of the conveyor belt.
3. The liquid level of the rinse tank can be adjusted using the adjusting plate in accordance with the size of the wax tree.
4. After cleaning, the air-jet gun can be used to assist in removing the wax tree’s residual moisture.
Due to the inclination design of the draining rack, residual water will flow back to the rinse tank.
5. The rinse tank comes with a level controller, which senses the liquid level with three rods of short, medium and long length, and prompts automatic water replenishing when the water level runs low.
6. The rinse tank body is made of stainless steel for higher durability and easy cleaning.
7. An automated and consistent process makes control and operation easy.
